Proven Training Methods
Using training methodologies based on the latest sport science research, we design our programs to combine both strength and energy system training. Our periodized training programs are focused on the latest techniques in Olympic Weightlifting, speed/agility and strength training.
We believe it takes athletes to train athletes. That's why our expert coaches all have athletic backgrounds. Peak Power has developed sport-specific training programs for rugby, football, hockey, soccer, golf, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Crossfit coaches, MMA and Boxing.
