Yoga
for Athletes
Yoga is beneficial
to athletes of all sports and all levels. Yoga teaches mental focus
while developing dynamic strength and flexibility through multidirectional
movement training. The movements taught in these classes are based
on the dynamic, flowing, and powerful Ashtanga yoga style. Classes
are appropriate for absolute beginners to intermediate level practitioners
and are tailored to meet the specific demands of athletes.
