Soccer Power
Peak Power has been working with groups and teams since 1995. We now operate two training facilities in Calgary. Our primary facility is located at SAIT and our South training facility is located on the St. Marys College campus.
We believe that with our staff, unique training facility, and exercise physiology testing laboratory, we offer the highest quality training service for athletes in Canada. Peak Power has been leading the way with team and small group training in Calgary over the last 6 years. What has made our programs successful is the complete model approach we use to train our athletes.
Peak Power continues to offer training for individuals and groups. These programs are open to adult and youth athletes. Our typical program lasts 12-16 weeks with training 1-2X per week for 1.5 hours.
