Rugby Power
Peak Power would
like to introduce the format of it's rugby programs for the 2008
off-season. The rugby program is one of Peak Power's longest running
programs and as a result many of the participants of this program
have been in the program for upwards of 10 years. In order to shake
things up this year with a new format, we are looking at combining
some of the old format with more recent rugby power programs.
The program
will consist of a running segment (Run Power) and a high intensity
weight based stimulus (Peak Power - HP). The running segment
may be registered separately or together with the Peak Power - HP
based on your training needs and commitments.
The Run Power
portion of this program will run once per week (Tuesday's or Thurdsay)
at the Olympic Oval. The Peak Power - HP portion will once
again be held at Peak's main training centre at SAIT.

Peak Power - HP
+ Interval Running

- Supplementary
Saturday Morning Olympic Lifting
- $300.00+GST
