At Peak Power, our job is helping you reach your maximum potential. We do that by applying the science of sport to training and competition focusing on the specific components of power, maximum strength and speed.

Proven training methodologies

Using training methodologies based on the latest sport science research, we've designed a power program that combines both strength and energy system training. Our periodized training programs are focussed on the latest techniques in Olympic weightlifting, speed work, plyometrics, agility, and decision training.

Athlete coaches

We believe it takes athletes to train athletes. That's why our power sport program is facilitated by expert coaches with power sport backgrounds. Peak Power has developed sport-specific training programs for rugby, football, hockey, soccer, golf and ultimate.
