Program~
The focus of
our Golf Power program is to offer a complete training package for
the committed golfer. Golf specific physical evaluations, athletic
strength training and core movements are the major components of
the program. We believe the most important piece of equipment in
the golf game is the human body! Golf Power is an off-season program
for golfers of all ages and skill levels, both male and female.
20 Week Golf
Power: November 20, 2007- April 24, 2008
- Tuesday & Thursday
Evenings:
5:30pm - 7:00pm

post physiological testing specific to golf

strength training and Olympic Lifting
