RMR is the minimum number of calories you need per day before adding extra calories for any exercise. We'll establish your baseline calorie goal, carbohydrate and fat consumption percentages and resting heart and respiratory rates.
Diet and exercise
RMR testing accurately measures the effectiveness of your current
diet and exercise regime. Based on your test results, we'll recommend a nutrition and exercise program tailored to your weight loss goals.
