At Peak Power, we take your training seriously. That's why we limit the number of athletes training at our facility to maintain coach and athlete interaction.

Our facility is specifically designed for high-performance athletics integrating Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, agility and endurance training into sport-specific programming.

Facility access plus

Your Peak Power Training Membership includes unlimited access to our SAIT training facility plus guidance by professional strength coaches, a new periodized training programs every 4 weeks and ongoing fitness monitoring.
