Our facility is specifically designed for high-performance athletics integrating Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, agility and endurance training into sport-specific programming.

Your Peak Power Training Membership includes unlimited access to our SAIT training facility plus guidance by professional strength coaches, a new periodized training programs every 4 weeks and ongoing fitness monitoring.
