At Peak Power, we believe applying the science of sport requires expert coaching, periodized programming and continuous monitoring. Purpose-built for athlete training, our facilities incorporate Olympic style weightlifting, traditional strength training, footwork and agility, plyometrics and energy system conditioning into all of our sport specific programs.
The Gold Standard in Testing
With state-of-the-art training and testing equipment, our facilities are designed to accommodate sport specific training for both power and endurance athletes. To achieve tangible results, we start by establishing
a performance baseline in our exercise physiology lab to individualize training thresholds and maximize training efficiency.

Train close to home at our SAIT and St. Mary's facilities or escape to our Golden Training Camp located in the heart of the Kootenay Mountains.
