Power is for you! This program is designed to prepare the novice
to advanced triathlete for a spring and summer of races. The focus
of our program is to build up the body's muscular support around
the knee, pelvis and back for the rigors and demands of multi-sport
athletics. By increasing your functional strength and flexibility
you decrease the chance of being side-lined by over-use injuries
common to endurance sport. And increased strength has been scientifically
proven to increase both running and cycling efficiency.
