your answer is yes, then Endurance Strength Power is for you! This
program is designed to prepare the novice to advanced runner for
a spring and summer of races. The focus of our program is to build
up the body's muscular support around the knee, pelvis and back
for the rigors and demands of distance running. By increasing your
functional strength and flexibility you decrease the chance of being
side-lined by over-use injuries common to running. And increased
strength has been scientifically proven to increase running efficiency.
One
of the most common set-backs for runners are lower leg injuries
caused from too much running volume too quickly. This often leads
to injuries such as IT Band Syndrome, Knee pain, Hip Bursitis and
Plantar Faciatis. Most of these running injuries can be avoided
with proper preparation. Being a healthy and strong runner involves
much more than simply increasing your running volume.
